At ROHN Studio, every piece of furniture is custom-built to order. We take pride in the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into each piece. Please review our return and cancellation policies before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all ROHN Studio furniture is custom-built to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or other non-defective merchandise.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your furniture arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact ROHN Studio as soon as possible.
We will work directly with you to evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
When contacting us, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damage or defect when possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After the initial 24-hour cancellation period, orders cannot be canceled because production may already be underway.

Refunds
Refunds are available for orders successfully canceled within the 24-hour cancellation window.
For damaged or defective products, any applicable refund or other resolution will be determined after evaluating the issue.
