DUSK — Ebonized -or- deep black
Every piece in DUSK is finished ebonized or black: grain you read by touch as much as by eye.
Ebonized is a reaction with the tannin already in the wood rather than anything sitting on top of it, so the figure stays legible even at its darkest. Black is a separate application, an intense black oil, and each piece is built in one or the other.
Material: Solid wood · Finish: Ebonized · deep black · Lead time: 10–12 weeks, made to order · Free shipping within the US. Remote destinations (boat, train or plane) are quoted separately.
