# STONE — Natural: the wood as it is

> STONE is all of our natural furniture. Every piece is finished to bring out the character, colour, and tone already in the board.

Nothing here is stained or toned. We choose the species for what it already does, hickory for its contrast, cherry for how it darkens, curly maple for the figure, and then stay out of the way.

- Material: Solid wood
- Finish: Natural, unstained
- Lead time: 10–12 weeks (made to order)
- Shipping: Free shipping within the US. Remote destinations (boat, train or plane) are quoted separately.

## Chosen, not coloured

A natural finish hides nothing, so the board has to be right before it is ever cut. We pick each piece for its figure and grain, plane it, and give it an oiled finish that deepens the tone without adding a colour of its own.
